For anyone who’s played the game, what I’m about to say is going to make a lot more sense, but when I was about to finish the game, as the atmosphere was thick enough to cut with a knife as I walked between the crack at the top of the mountain the fucking power cuts out!!! It could not have been more perfectly timed, and my friends and I were all shook but in the best way possible, and everyone there who’d played the game agreed that the ending I had just experienced was better than the actually ending in the game (which is still superb, regardless of well timed power outages). Awesome visuals, the story telling is amazing, and the ending is superb. Journey! The first time I ever dropped was during a snow storm (which was a great idea, btw), and I was hanging out at my friends dorm and he showed me Journey, a game I’d seen before but never played and we both agreed it’d be a great idea.
